Nina Prevot Brewer is a distinguished intellectual property and litigation attorney with nearly a decade of experience.  As the founder of Goldeneye Legal LLC, Nina provides strategic counsel to clients in a wide variety of industries such as firearms, fashion, entertainment, software, food and beverage, and consulting.  In her current practice, she specializes in trademark, copyright, and outside general counsel services, as well as gun law and civil litigation.  Nina delivers innovative, client-focused solutions to protect brands, creative works, and individual rights.

Nina’s legal career includes prominent roles at top firms and her own ventures.  Most recently, as Senior Counsel at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP, she managed global portfolios of thousands of trademarks, overseeing prosecution, enforcement, and TTAB litigation across six continents.  In this role, she directed international counsel on foreign trademark matters and negotiated licensing, coexistence, and settlement agreements.  Her prior roles at Danielson Legal LLC, BRADFORD, LTD, and as founder of Lex Propertas Ltd. involved prosecuting trademarks, negotiating contracts and licensing agreements, and advising small businesses on intellectual property and general corporate legal issues.  Earlier in her career, Nina also served as a judicial law clerk in Colorado’s 18th Judicial District, and worked as a legal intern at DC Comics, where she sharpened her litigation and intellectual property prosecution and enforcement skills.

A graduate of Boston University School of Law in 2015, Nina also holds a B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Denver, with minors in Opera Vocal Performance and Sociology.  Nina is also currently pursuing a B.A. in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado, and is expected to complete the degree in May, 2028.   Nina is admitted to practice in Colorado, Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts of Colorado and Massachusetts, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is anticipated to be eligible to practice before the USPTO in May, 2026.

In her free time, Nina enjoys creative pursuits including fashion design and fine oil painting, and as a Colorado native, she loves taking advantage of the all beauty Colorado has to offer through gardening, hiking, and spending time in the mountains.
